Meet the Team

I’m an Expanded Functions Dental Assistant (EFDA) — which I like to interpret as Everyone’s Favorite Dental Assistant. With nearly 20 years of experience, I assist the doctor in all procedures and, thanks to my EFDA training, I also place fillings, seat crowns, and specialize in creating beautiful, natural-looking anterior cosmetic restorations. If it helps your smile look amazing, I’m on it.

I joined SmileWorks when Dr. Palmer bought the practice, but I’d already been his lead assistant for a year prior… so yes, he’s officially stuck with me.

My goal is to help every patient feel comfortable, cared for, and far less nervous than when they arrived. I love walking patients through each step, adding a little humor along the way, and creating an environment where great dentistry and genuine laughter go hand in hand.

Outside the office, I’m a card-playing, friend-hanging, dog-mom to Romeo, and a self-taught stock-market enthusiast with dreams of retiring as a day-trading queen. I’m also a proud mom and brand-new grandma — my favorite promotion yet.
